Privacy Policy

This policy covers visitors to rankmedspa.com — our directory of med spa marketing agencies and the research we publish alongside it. The MedSpa Scale application has its own policy at medspascale.com.

Information you give us — your email address if you join the app waitlist or contact us, and anything you include in an email to us (for example a correction to an agency profile).

Usage data — device, browser and interaction data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site (see Section 4).

RankMedSpa has no user accounts, takes no payments on this site, and collects no health information of any kind. We publish research about the med spa industry; we do not collect data about patients, treatments you may have received, or anything similar. Search demand figures on the site are aggregated market data licensed from third parties — they are not derived from your browsing.

We use Google Analytics (site traffic and usage) and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel (audience and campaign measurement), which may set cookies and receive standard device and page-view information. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and collect aggregated performance data only.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

To operate and improve the site, understand which research and guides are useful, measure how visitors find us, respond when you contact us, and email you about the app if you joined the waitlist. We don't send marketing email to anyone who hasn't asked for it.

Profiles in our directory describe businesses, not private individuals. They are built from public sources — an agency's own website, and business listing data (such as Google ratings) retrieved through official APIs and licensed providers — plus our clearly labeled editorial assessment. Our methodology explains how profiles are sourced and kept honest. If you represent a listed agency and something is wrong, email nick@rankmedspa.com and we'll review it promptly.

We don't sell personal information. Usage data is processed by the service providers named in Section 4 (Google, Meta, Vercel) under their own terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it. How the site makes money is on our disclosures page.

Waitlist and correspondence emails are kept while they're useful for the purpose you gave them. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you — email nick@rankmedspa.com and we'll act on the request.

If we change this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly on the site.
