Choosing a marketing agency is one of the biggest recurring cheques a med spa writes — and it's almost impossible to get a straight answer. The “best agency” lists are written by the agencies themselves. Pricing hides behind a “book a call.” And nobody tells you the honest cons.
So we built the opposite: a directory where every agency is profiled on the same honest checklist, with real Google ratings, published pricing where it exists, and genuine pros and cons — so you can choose with confidence before you sign anything.
How we keep it honest
Independent, not an agency listicle
Almost every “best med spa agency” page online was written by an agency that ranked itself #1. We don't sell placement. Our money comes from our own free app — not from agencies — so the reviews can stay honest.
Data-backed, not vibes
Live Google ratings and a recent review, published starting prices where they exist, a standardized service checklist, and each agency's own search visibility — every fact sourced and dated, never invented. We even rank the rankers: an SEO agency that can't rank itself is a tell.
Honest about money — including ours
We're upfront about how we make money and about any referral relationships. Our opinions are clearly labeled as opinions, and our hedged cons are there to pre-qualify the fit, not to attack anyone.
Who's behind it
RankMedSpa is built by the team behind MedSpa Scale — the visibility app that shows med spas exactly where they rank on Google, the map pack and AI search. We work with med spas on their marketing every day, so we know the industry, the treatments, the compliance realities, and what good (and bad) agency relationships actually look like. That's the lens every profile here is written through.
