The trust is the product. Here's exactly how RankMedSpa is built so you can judge it for yourself.
Facts come from APIs, not vibes
Google ratings, review counts and locations come from the official Google Places API and our licensed DataForSEO layer — re-fetched on display, never warehoused. Service lists, pricing signals and what's-included come from each agency's own public website, with the source linked.
Opinions are labeled and hedged
Pros, cons and “best for / not for” are our editorial assessment. We attribute and hedge — “based on public reviews, a recurring theme is…”, “in our assessment…” — and never assert disputed claims as settled fact. Every profile carries pros and cons; none is an attack.
A human signs off before anything publishes
AI drafts each profile from the sourced facts; a person checks it against the agency's site, fills gaps, fixes anything off, and only then publishes. Nothing about a named agency goes live without that review.
We don't sell rank
Placement is never for sale. Our money comes primarily from our own free app, which is exactly why the reviews can stay honest. Any future referral relationship is disclosed and never buys position — see our disclosures.
We keep it fresh
Ratings and facts refresh on a regular cadence; pricing and services are re-checked periodically or when an agency's site changes. Each profile shows when it was last human-reviewed.
