Our one industry relationship
RankMedSpa's founder works at Forever Booked, one of the agencies listed here. We're telling you up front rather than hoping you don't notice.
What we do about it: their listing is scored by exactly the same published RankScore formula as all other agencies, from the same kinds of inputs — and every input is checkable. Their Google rating links straight to their profile so you can verify it yourself, and the disclosure appears on their page and anywhere they rank. No agency, theirs included, can pay for position or ask us to change a score. If you think their write-up reads soft, tell us and we'll re-review it in public.
Primary: our own free app
RankMedSpa is run by the team behind MedSpa Scale, a free tool that shows a med spa where it stands on Google and AI search. Most visitors who want to DIY their marketing try it. That — not agency placement — is how we primarily make money, which is exactly why our agency reviews can stay genuinely unbiased.
Secondary: disclosed referrals
We may, in future, earn a referral fee when you choose certain vetted partner agencies. When we do, we'll disclose it clearly and conspicuously on the relevant pages — and it will never buy higher placement. Today we take no agency commissions.
Our FTC stance & corrections
Recommendations reflect our honest opinions (16 CFR 255). Ratings are sourced from Google; opinions are labeled. If you represent an agency and spot an inaccuracy, tell us and we'll review and correct it promptly. See our methodology for how profiles are built.
