- **We DO NOT process your Sensitive Data** for marketing or tracking purposes without first obtaining your explicit opt-in consent.

We honor recognized Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms (UOOMs).

## 6. Data Security & Strict 30-Day Breach Notification

Notice will be provided in the most expedient time possible, and **not later than thirty (30) days** after the date of determination that a security breach occurred.

Please note that "protected health information" (PHI) collected by our clinic acting as a covered entity governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), is subject to specific medical privacy laws that interact with and supersede general website data privacy rules. The rights provided by the CPA generally do not apply to PHI.

If you are a patient receiving medical aesthetic treatments, the privacy of your clinical and health information is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP).

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to comply with changes in state or federal regulations. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date."
